ELEV8 Recycling LLC ("ELEV8," "we," "us") operates this website to provide recycled aggregate products, concrete disposal, roll-off, and hauler-subcontractor services in Northeast Florida. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect the name, company, phone, email, and project details you provide. Haulers who register additionally provide DOT/company information and, optionally, ACH banking details. We also collect standard web analytics and call-tracking data (for example, the page you came from and the number you called).
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule services, onboard and pay hauler subcontractors, and improve our marketing. Banking details supplied during hauler registration are encrypted and are never displayed in full or included in emails.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and call tracking) and when required by law.
Call tracking
Phone numbers on this site may be dynamically assigned for tracking. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
